No Contact Delivery Update
With current levels of COVID-19 in our community, EON is performing no contact delivery for the safety of our clients and employees. In lieu of obtaining a signature, EON will do one of the following:
- If a person is available to receive product while maintaining social distance, the EON delivery representative will note that person’s first and last name in EON’s delivery record.
- If delivery is made without a client representative present, EON will note the specific location where product was placed (for example, “Left at front desk”).
In both cases, the time and date of delivery will be included in the delivery record.
Delivery confirmation details are available by contacting EON Customer Service or by visiting Order History -> Shipped Orders in EON Online and selecting the order number.
