Her outstanding contributions have been recognized on various platforms. In 2013, she earned a coveted spot among the “Forty Under 40” list by the Denver Business Journal for her remarkable civic engagement and business accomplishments. Subsequently, in 2018, she was honored in the “Outstanding Women in Business” awards in the Large Business Owner category by the same publication.

Elena’s commitment extends beyond the boardroom, as evidenced by her involvement in the Leadership Denver Class of 2013, a program under the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation.

She has lent her expertise and support to entities like the Women’s Leadership Foundation, American Red Cross, City Year Denver, and Goodwill Industries of Denver. Additionally, she is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), a prestigious global leadership entity for chief executives. Her dedication to the industry is further demonstrated by her position on the board of the Independent Office Products & Furniture Dealers Association (IOPFDA).

Balancing Life Beyond Work

Beyond her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Elena cherishes quality time with her husband, two children, and their beloved office dog, Theo. Her interests span various activities such as music, travel, skiing, hiking, cycling, yoga, and reveling in the picturesque landscapes of Colorado.
